摘　　要：德国联邦政府希望德国成为欧洲生物技术的领先者。为此,联邦政府制定了一系列措施消除生物技术发展的障碍,发展生物技术的关键新领域,并通过高科技战略引导相关部门的创新链。本文对德国生物技术发展的战略、研究重点、配套的专项计划进行了探讨,描述了德国的生物技术发展现状和前景。Aiming at being a European leader in biotechnology, the Federal Government of Germany has made a series of measures to eliminate barriers to biotechnology growth, develop new key fields of biotechnology and orient its support strategy to the links in the sector＇s innovation chain. The article focuses on Germany＇s strategy and policy on biotechnology development, the key field of biotechnology R＆D and the Framework Program Biotechnology, then depicts the development status and prospects of biotechnology in Germany.
