中药制剂对猪T淋巴细胞转化率和白细胞吞噬率的影响

摘　　要：将60头体重45 kg左右的"杜长大"杂交猪随机分为3组。试验设3个处理:Ⅰ组(对照组)猪饲喂基础日粮;Ⅱ组猪饲喂基础日粮+1%中药制剂;Ⅲ组猪饲喂基础日粮+2%中药制剂,正试期60 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,中药复方制剂可提高猪T淋巴细胞转化率和白细胞吞噬率。中药复方添加剂能够增强猪细胞免疫水平,从而增强了猪的自身免疫力和抗病力。60 crossed growing pigs（D）× L× Y） with an average body weight of 45 kg were randomly divided into three groups by the similar weight and age. The pigs in group Ⅰ （the control group）were fed a basal diet, the pigs in group Ⅱ were fed the diet plus 1% traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and the pigs in group Ⅲ were fed the diet plus 2% tradilional Chinese medicine preparations. The trial was conducted for 60 d. The results showed that compared with the control group,the traditional Chinese medicine prepa- rations can increase the content of lymphocyte transformation rate and neutrophil phagocytosis rate of pigs, so that improve the ability of resisting disease and immunity of growing pigs.
