摘  要:本文通过对35个复合材料层合板螺栓连接试验件进行钉孔挤压试验,得到各个试件的挤压强度,然后采用统计分析的方法,研究复合材料层合板螺栓连接挤压强度的分散性规律。研究表明,复合材料层合板螺栓连接挤压强度的分散性模型可以用正态分布、对数正态分布以及威布尔分布三种模型模拟,其中以威布尔分布拟合效果最好,其次是正态分布。另外,本文采用极大似然估计方法给出了三个模型的分布参数。最后,利用蒙特卡洛法和雷-菲法计算了三种分布模型下的失效概率。结果表明,威布尔分布的失效概率最大,而对数正态分布的失效概率最小。In order to investigate the dispersibility of the bearing strength of composite laminates in bolted joints, the bearing strength of 35 composite laminates in bolted joints were tested. Using statistical method, the dispersibility model of testing datas was given. The results show that the normal distribution, lognormal distribution and Weibull distribution are fit for the bearing strength dispersibility model very well. Besides, Weibull distribution is the best one of the three distributions, and then the normal distribution.The parameters of probability distribution were calculated by the maximum likelihood estimate. At last, Monte-Carlo simulation and R-F method were used to compute the failure probabilities of three probability distribution models. The results show that the failure probability of Weibull distribution is the biggest one while that of lognormal distribution model is the smallest.
