摘　　要：针对"5.12"汶川大地震医学救援的实际,特别是一线救治方面存在的主要问题,介绍了美军前沿外科手术队的发展历程,系统论述了建设我军前沿手术力量的必要性。结合我军现状,探讨了建设和发展我军前沿外科手术队的策略,提出了我军前沿外科手术队的初步框架。Through the practice of the medical rescue against the earthquake in Wenchuan on May 12th, especially according to the insufficiency and disadvantage exposed in forward medical rescue, the development of US army forward surgical team（FST） was introduced. The essentiality of developing Chinese forward surgical asset was also systematically discussed. The strategy and means to develop Chinese FST were elicited based on the current situation of Chinese army medical facilities. The primary frame of Chinese FST was finally designed.
