摘　　要：本文总结了对"4.28"重特大交通安全事故群体伤员抢救的经验,提出了应急反应能力、领导决策能力、组织指挥能力、医疗技术水平及人员综合素质,决定了医院处理突发公共卫生事件的应急救援能力。The experiences of management and organization were summarized on the rescue of the wounded suffering from the train accident took place on April 28th in Zibo, and then the factors that decided the rescue ability were analyzed as emergency reaction ability, making - decision ability, command ability, treatment lever and the synthetic diathesis of the rescue team.
