摘　　要：目的:探讨研究生论文在医院科研发展中的作用;方法:对2003—2007年本院研究生发表论文情况进行回顾性分析。结果:研究生发表论文数量、质量逐年上升,对医院的科研发展起到了促进作用。结论:研究生论文质量有待于进一步提高;论文质量与学科发展密切相关。Objective： To discuss the role of postgraduate paper in develop of hospital science and research. Methods： Retrospectively analyze the published papers of the postgraduates from 2003 to2007. Results： The quantity and the quality of the paper were increasing every year which promote the develop of the hospitai. Conclusion： The quality of the paper need to be improved further. Graduate education can promote the development of science and technology of the hospital.
