摘　　要：目的研究分析新生心理健康状况,为开展大学生心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对新乡医学院2007级1524名新生进行调查。结果可能存在心理问题学生检出率为32.3%,进一步的咨询分析发现一类学生中7.62%的学生存在心理困惑,主要心理问题有适应问题、人际关系问题。结论医学院校新生心理健康状况不容忽视,学校应营造大学生心理健康发展的环境,加强心理健康教育,提高医学生心理健康水平。Objective To study mental health state of freshmen in medical university, and provide a basis for the implementation of mental health education on freshmen; Methods University Personality Inventory （UPI） was administrated to 1524 freshmen in Xinxiang Medical University; Results 32.3% of the students held a higher scores than the norm. With a further anaiysis, 7.62 % of them are experiencing different mental abnormities, such as adaptive problems and interpersonat problems. Conclusion More concerns should be paid for mental health of freshmen in medical university, what more, managers should exert efforts to construct environment for the development of mental health and promote mental health level of students in medical university.
