妇女干部与女大学生、高职生信任和容纳他人比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较浙江省妇女干部与女大学生、女高职生信任他人和容纳他人的水平。方法使用信任量表(Trust Scale)和容纳他人量表(Acceptance of others)对浙江省妇女干部、女大学生、女高职生430人进行调查。结果1信任他人得分妇女干部最高,女高职生最低;2两两比较发现,妇女干部与女高职生的信任总分差异极其显著,女大学生与女高职生差异显著。其中妇女干部与女大学生在依靠性(D)因子上,差异极其显著,妇女干部与女高职生在可预测性(P)、依靠性(D)和信赖(F)3个因子上差异均极其显著,女大学生与女高职生在可预测性(P)因子得分上,差异极其显著;3容纳他人总分妇女干部最高,女高职生最低;4两两比较发现妇女干部与女大学生、女高职生之间差异均极其显著。结论信任、容纳他人水平由高到低依次是妇女干部、女大学生、女高职生。Objective To compare the status of women cadres, college women and girls in higher vocational schools on accep tance of others and trust others. Methods230 women cadres, 110 college women and 90 girls in higher vocational schools in Zhe jiang province were chosen and evaluated with Trust Scale and Acceptance of others. Results In the order of Trust Scale and Acceptance of others＇s score, from high to low, there were women cadres, college women and girls in higher vocational schools. On Trust Scale, there were very significant difference between women cadres and girls in higher vocational schools （5.32,P〈0.01）, and significant difference between college women and girls in higher vocational schools （4.57, P〈0.05）; On D factor, very sig nificant difference existed between women cadres and college women （3, 75, P〈0. 01） ; On P, D and F factor, very significant differences existed between women cadres and girls in higher vocational schools（2.10, 4. 801 2.28 ,P〈0. 01） ; On P factor, very significant difference existed between college women and girls in higher vocational schools（2.44, P〈0.01）. On Acceptance of others, there were respectively very significant difference among women cadres, college women and girls in highor vocational school （3.99, P〈0. 01;8. 68, P〈0. 01;4. 69, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The status of accept and trust others of wotnen cadres are the best, next are college women and the worst are girls in higher vocational schools.
