摘  要:参照国标,对辽宁省阜新市高德矿排放的自燃煤矸石进行了化学成分、耐久性及有害物质含量、物理力学性质的系统检测。在掌握了各项指标均满足国标对轻集料要求的基础上,将其破碎作轻粗集料、聚丙烯纤维作增强材料,采用均匀试验设计了10组聚丙烯纤维自燃煤矸石轻集料混凝土试件,进行了大量的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的试验。利用均匀设计软件,建立了强度回归方程及二次项交互影响曲线。试验证明,阜新高德自燃煤矸石只要科学分拣,可以作轻粗集料制备混凝土,并配制出28d抗压强度49.2MPa、劈拉强度3.21MPa、抗折强度6.17MPa的聚丙烯纤维自燃煤矸石轻集料混凝土。This paper does systematic research on chemical composition, durability, content of harmful substances and physical and mechanical properties of the gangue of fuxin gaode coal mine in Liaoning province referring to the National Standards. All kinds of indicators meet the requirement of National Standards. Crushing the gangue to the lightweight coarse aggregate, this paper designs 10 groups of specimen of polypropylene fiber spontaneous combustion coal gangue of lightweight aggregate concrete, using "uniform design" method and does lots of researches on compressive strength, splitting strength and flexural strength. Using the software of uniform design method, the author sets up the strength regression equation and quadratic interaction curves. It can be concluded that the gangue of gaode coal mine in fuxin can be used to make polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete with spontaneous combustion coal gangue lightweight aggregate and can be made with the 28 d compressive strength 49.2 MPa, splitting strength 3.21 MPa and the flexural strength 6.17 MPa.
