摘  要:阐述了近年来国内硅酸盐保温涂层研究取得的新进展,总结了国内硅酸盐保温节能涂层研究取得的成果,并对下一步硅酸盐保温节能涂层的发展趋势进行了展望。指出采用新的无机填料如膨胀玻化微珠、陶瓷微珠有望制备出性能优异的硅酸盐保温涂层;纳米复合硅酸盐保温节能涂层的研究有望取得突破性进展;硅酸盐保温节能涂层的研究将向着长寿命、保温效果好、环保及装饰性优异的方向发展。The recent development of domestic silicates coating materials for heat preservation is reviewed. New advances in preparation of domestic silicates heat-insulation and energysaving coatings in recent years are also introduced;Future development direction of silicates heat-insulation and energy saving coatings is also proposed. It is shown that high performance silicates heat-insulation and energysaving coatings could be prepared using vitreous micro-bead or ceramic micro-sphere as novel inorganic filler. Study up on of nano-composite silicates heat-insulation and energy-saving coatings is expected to make a breakthrough;long service life, good insulation property, environmentally benign and perfectly ornamental performance are the most important topics in future research.
