摘 要:以建筑陶瓷抛光废料为主要原料,通过正交试验优化配方和工艺条件,制备了MgO-SiO2-Al2O3系多孔陶瓷过滤材料,探讨了工艺参数,特别是烧成温度和保温时间对其物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,在配方组成为抛光废料50%、煅烧氧化铝22%、烧滑石28%和工艺参数为球磨时间25min、成型压力70MPa、烧成温度1250℃、保温时间20min的工艺条件下,可获得以堇青石和少量刚玉为主晶相的MgO-SiO2-Al2O3系多孔陶瓷过滤材料,其气孔率、断裂模数、吸水率和体积密度分别为70.06%、6.85MPa、85.25%和0.72g/cm3。Based on the polished waste of building ceramics as main raw materials, the porous ceramic filter materials in the system of MgO-SiO2-Al2O3 have been prepared through the orthogonal test employed to optimize the formula and the process conditions. At the same time, the influences of the processing parameters, especially the sintering temperature and holding time on the physical properties of the materials have been discussed. The result shows that in the condition of optimal composition ( polishing waste of building ceramic 50%, calcined alumina 22% and burning talc 28% ) and processing parameters (milling time 25 min, forming pressure 70 MPa, sintering temperature 1250℃ and holding time 20 min), the prepared porous ceramic filter materials is mainly constituted by cordierite and a spot of corundum, and the properties of porous ceramic filter materials in the system of MgO-SiO2-Al2O3 were obtained whose relative parameters are porosity 70.06%, rupture modulus 6.85 MPa, water absorption 85.25 %, and bulk density 0.72 g/cm3.
