摘　　要：针对流程工业企业应用集成的需求,提出了基于DCS和消息中间件的流程企业应用集成方法.该方法采用流程企业中广泛应用的DCS系统作为过程控制系统的执行机构,利用其开放的数据通信接口实现生产过程数据的实时交换,同时利用基于MQ Series的消息中间件实现流程企业中各种异构系统的无缝集成.重点分析了DCS通信关键技术和MQ Series体系结构.最后,给出的应用实例说明了该方法的有效性.Aiming at the demand of application integration in process industry, an application integration method based on DCS and message middleware is proposed. Firstly, the method adopts DCS which is widely used in process industry as executive mechanism of process control system, and utilizes its open data communi- cation interface to realize real-time data exchange in industrial process. Then, the message middleware based on MQ Series is used to realize seamless integration of heterogeneous systems in process industry. Meanwhile, the key technologies of DCS communication and the architecture of MQ Series are studied. Finally, the application case shows the approach＇s effectiveness.
