摘 要:研究了复合累托石颗粒材料制备工艺条件、再生方法,并用其处理含Cu2+冶金工业废水。结果表明:水淬渣与累托石的比例为1∶1,另加入10%的添加剂(IS)和50%的水,焙烧温度为400℃,制成的复合颗粒材料的散失率为0.96%,显气孔率为62.29%,吸水率为58.82%,体积密度为1.06 kg/m3,抗压强度为2.22 MPa。在未调节该废水pH值的条件下,复合颗粒材料用量为0.05 g/cm3,反应时间为40 min,温度为25℃,Cu2+的去除率为98.2%,处理后的残留浓度低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)一级标准。吸附遵循Freundlich吸附等温式qe=1.06C0e.47;吸附热力学参数为:ΔH=-12.91 kJ/mol,ΔS=-29.14 J/(k.mol),ΔG=-4.21 kJ/mol。用1 mol/L NaCl溶液对吸附饱和的复合颗粒材料进行6次再生和重复使用,处理后的废水仍能达标,其质量损失为2.2%,抗压强度损失为4.05%。The predation technological conditions and regeneration method of granulated comppsite material of rectorite and the treatment of Cu^2 + -containing metallurgy industrial wastewater with them have been studied. The experimental results showed that under the conditions with the ratio of the water-quenched slag and rectorite of 1:1, the amount of the additive(IS) of 10%, the amount of 50% water, and the roasting temperature of 400 ℃, the spallation loss ratio of granulated composite material prepared was 0.96 %, its density was 1.06 kg/m^3 and its porosity was 62.29%,with a water-absorption capacity of 58.82 % and a compressive strength of 2.22 MPa. Under the conditions without adjusting the pH, the amount of the grain adsorbent of 0.05 g/mL, the reaction time of 40 minutes, and the adsorption temperature of 25 12, the effidency for grain adsorbent to remove Cu^2 + from metallurgy industrial wastewater was 98.2 %, and the quality indexes of the wastewater after treatment conformed with the first grade of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996). The adsorption was fit for Freundlish isotherm: qe = 1.06Ce^0.47. The thermodynamic sparameter was △H = - 12.91 kJ/mol, △S = - 29.14 J/(k· mol), △G = - 4.21 kJ/mol respectivdy. The granulated comsite material adsorbed saturatdy was regenerated with 1 mol/L sodium chloride(NaCl), and reused for six times, the residual concentration of Cu^2+ was lower than the first level of GB8978-1996. A mass loss of 2.2 % and a compressive strength loss of 4.05 % showed that the effect of granulation was good.
