摘 要:采用室内培养种苗过滤和温室盆栽试验研究了3种作物(四季豆、黄豆、绿豆)对重金属Zn、Cd、Cu的吸收和积累效应。种苗过滤试验结果表明,在所选择的试验条件下,采用种苗过滤可以在144 h内使水体中的Zn、Cd、Cu的浓度显著降低,四季豆、黄豆、绿豆分别使溶液中的Zn浓度由100 mg/L下降到62.45 mg/L、73.98 mg/L和73.4 mg/L,Cd浓度由10 mg/L下降到6.35 mg/L7、.25 mg/L和7.45 mg/L,Cu浓度由10 mg/L下降到4.5 mg/L、3.48 mg/L和4.675 mg/L。土壤盆栽试验结果表明,四季豆、黄豆、绿豆对土壤中的重金属具有较好的积累效应,特别是四季豆对土壤中Zn的积累和黄豆对土壤中Cu的积累,其BCF富集系数均大于1,具有"重金属超量积累倾向"。Three crops, french bean, soybean and mung bean, were tested by the blasto-filtration method and pot experiments to study their effects on the absorption and accumulation of Zn, CA and Cu. The results showed that the blasto-filtration method could significantly reduce Zn, Cd and Cu concentration in water within 144 h under the test condition and 100 mg/L of Zn, Cd and Cu could be decreased to 62. 45mg/L, 73. 98mg/L and 73. 4mg/L, to 6. 35mg/L, 7. 25mg/L and 7.45 mg/L and 4.5 mg/L, 3.48 mg/L and 4. 675 mg/L by french bean, soybean and mung bean respectively. The results of the pot experiment showed that french bean, soybean and mung bean all were of the accumulation effect on heavy metals in soils and the BAR of French bean for Zn accumulation and soybean for Cu accumulation was over 1, which indicates that french bean and soybean were of the super-accumulation trend.
