摘  要:在桶栽条件下利用15N同位素示踪方法对云烟85和K326进行水肥互作效应研究,结果表明:3个施肥量或土壤含水量处理以及水肥交互作用对2个品种的自然株高、茎围、叶面积等农艺性状以及干、鲜重都有显著或极显著的影响,K326对水分的要求比云烟85高一些。不同水肥处理对烤烟氮肥利用率有显著影响,在同一土壤水分条件下利用率随施肥量的增加而下降,在同一施肥水平下利用率随着土壤水分增加而呈先上升后下降的趋势;单一土壤水分或肥料因素对烟株吸收肥料氮能力的影响没有达到显著水平,而水肥交互效应对不同烤烟品种吸收肥料氮的能力影响显著。Yunyan 85 and K326, two tobacco varieties, were tested by ^15 N isotopic tracer under the tub cultivation condition to study the effect of interaction between soil moisture and fertilizer on their growth and agronomic characters. The results showed that 3 application amounts, 3 soil moistures and interaction between soil moisture and application amount all had very significant or significant effects on plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry and fresh weight of two tested tobacco varieties and K326 required higher soil moisture than Yunyan 85 for their growth, and the nitrogen utilization efficiency of tobacco varieties decreased with increase of application amount under the same soil moisture and first rose and then declined with increase of soil moisture under the same application amount. The single soil moisture and fertilizer factor both had no significant effect on the nitrogen utilization efficiency but the interaction between soil moisture and fertilizer had the significant effect on the nitrogen utilization efficiency of two different tobacco varieties.
