摘 要:2008年初,南方发生罕见的覆冰严重自然灾害,导致输电线路严重覆冰,发生了大面积倒塔长时间停电事故。对倒塔原因从覆冰、微风振动、舞动、杆塔受力等方面进行综合分析和研究,提出采取建立健全防御极端气象灾害体系和机制;遵守普遍性和特殊相结合科学适用原则,划订重冰区域,对重冰区域特高危、高危的输电设备适当提高设防值等防治对策和各种防覆冰及除冰的具体措施。At the beginning of 2008, an infrequent and serious ice cover disaster in the South resulted in bad ice transmission lines, large-scale collapsed tower and long-playing power breakdown. The reasons of pile collapsed towers from ice cover, the breeze vibration, dancing, the tower and other aspects are pointed out and a comprehensive analysis is made to establish and improve the system and mechanism for the defense of extreme weather disasters. With the combination of universality and particularity, the serious ice regions are demarcated, and various anti-ice and de-ice measures such as increasing the maximum security value are brought forward for the equipments of special high-risk and high-risk transmissions in the serious ice regions.
