摘　　要：介绍一种按名通信数据接口方案的设计思想和技术实现,该方案基于DL476—92协议的APDU,并对DL476—92协议的APDU进行了扩充,增加了对象名参数等块类型。通过对象名参数块的初始化预处理,在低层实现了双方通信对象ID(数据库记录关键字)的自动映射,在高层则提供给用户按名通信的界面,初始化过程对用户透明。该方案在贵州、河北等省地调的能量管理系统(EMS)互连项目中得到广泛应用,并取得令人满意的结果。The design philosophy and implementation method of the data communication interface plan by object name are described in this paper. The plan expands DL476-92 protocol＇s APDU （Application protocol data unit） and adds the data block types,such as the block of object name parameter,etc based on DL476-92 protocol The automatic mapping of the bilateral communication object ID （databaserecordkeyword） on lowlayerandtheuser＇sinterfaceofeommunicationbyobject name on high layer are realized by the parameter initialization processing The processing is transparency to user. The plan has been widely applied in many provincial EMS interconnection projects, such as Guizhou, Hebei, etc and achieved very satisfactory results.
