正常人左室心肌声学密度相关因素的研究

摘  要:目的本文通过对正常人左室声学密度相关因数的研究,探讨左室结构、功能对左室声学密度的影响。方法正常人31例,利用二维心脏超声测量左室结构参数,并计算相对室壁厚度(RWT)和心肌重量指数(LVMI);并用超声背向散射技术测量左室室间隔心肌声学密度的变化,分析左室结构、功能变化与背向散射变化的内在联系。结果正常人胸骨旁长轴室间隔(IVSL)的标化平均声学密度(IB%)与RWT及E峰速度时间积分与A峰速度时间积分比(VTIE/VTIA)相关(r=0.52,P<0.05)。结论正常心肌背向散射与左室构型及心功能有关。Objectives This study was undertaken to investigate the relative parameters to left ventricular myocardic acoustic density in normal human being. Methods There were 31 healthy volunteers involved in the present study. Left ventricular geomtry and cardial function were studyed using two - diemensional echocardial -graphy. Count relative wall thickness and left ventricular mass index, and measure the parameters of myocardial integrated backscatter meanwhile. Results In healthy volunteers group, IB% of IVS in LAX was correlated with RWT and VTIE/VTIA. Conclusion Left ventricular myocardic acoustic density was correlated with left ventricular pattern and diastolic function in normal human being.
