摘 要:体内张拉成形空间网格结构是由上弦、下弦(下弦管内穿索)、腹杆和侧向连接构件组成的一种新型空间结构形式,是通过对下弦管内索施加预应力张拉成形,进而改善结构受力性能的自平衡体系;上弦是该结构成形及工作阶段最主要的受力构件,也是结构能否成形的关键。对一个100m跨的体内张拉成形空间网格结构,分析了腹杆截面、腹杆数目和刚臂腹杆节间数(刚臂长度)等腹杆参数对结构工作阶段性能的影响,指出刚臂腹杆节间数是影响结构使用的重要因素,并得出了各参数对结构影响的特点。Internal-prestressed reticulated space structure through posttensioning (IRSSP), composed of upper chord, lower chord, web member and lateral support member, is a novel space pre-stressed self-balance structure. The erection of IRSSP into its final configuration is achieved by tensioning prestressing cables passing through the lower chord, which can improve mechanical characteristics of IRSSP. The upper chord of IRSSP is the primary bearing member and the key member in erection and loading process. A detailed study on parameter effect on the loading process is carried out which based on an IRSSP with a long span of 100 m. The parameters include web cross section, web number and rigid ann number etc. The result shows that rigid ann number is the important factors affected the loading process. The structural properties of the loading process affected by the parameters are also given.
