摘 要:发动机是由机体、缸盖、曲轴、活塞、连杆等造型非常复杂的部件通过紧固螺栓、轴销等连接方式构成的组合结构。在对其进行结构有限元分析中,既要真实反映各部件间通过接触面传递的作用力和螺栓预紧力、过盈配合力,以提高结构分析计算的准确程度,又要实现各部件相对独立的分析计算,以减少有限元分析计算的规模。文章利用ANSYS软件完成了某汽油发动机以上5个结构件的参数化建模,给出了真实反映相邻部件连接关系的组合分析模型,成功地对该发动机结构进行了有限元分析,得到了各种载荷作用下结构的位移与应力分布。The engine is a composite structure which is composed of very complex componets such as the body, head, crank, piston, connecting rod, and so on, which are conneted by fastening bolts, shaft pin,etc. In its structural finite element analysis, it is necessary not only to accurately reflect the bolt pretightening force among the various components and the forces delivered by contact areas, which to enhance the accuracy of the Structure Analysis and Computation, but also to achieve relatively independent Analysis and Computation, which to reduce the size of the finite element analysis and calculation. By using ANSYS software, it completed the parametric modeling of a gasoline engine's five structural components, created a composite analyzing model which really reflect the connection relation with its neighboring parts, finished the finite element analysis of the engine successfully, and .qained structural displacement and stress distribution under varvina load.
