摘　　要：文章以检测三坐标测量机的测试方法为依据,利用双球规测量系统测得数控机床综合误差,提出用逐步回归法诊断综合误差,给出了各主要误差来源对应的特征曲线。仿真研究结果证明该算法是可行性的。该方法为综合误差来源的诊断提供了新思路和方法。The main motion error resources of NC machine tools are described. The corresponding characteristic patterns of main motion error resources are given .The mathematical methods of collation error diagnoses are put forward and is put up a great deal imitate research. It is feasibility and validity to prove the algorithm to provide method to collation error diagnoses.
