摘　　要：为适应社会转型,更好地发挥能动作用,图书馆服务创新已成为当务之急。其包含服务理念、模式、手段等多方面创新,也对馆员提出新要求和目标。In order to adapt to social transformation and play its dynamic role better, service innovation of university libraries has become an urgent task. It includes the innovation of service concepts, modes, methods and other aspects. The paper also sets forth new requirements and objectives for the librarians.
