摘  要:利用油液检测技术中光谱分析、颗粒度分析和铁谱分析,研究了柴油机装配清洁度对CA6110Z-07Y型柴油机磨合过程的影响。光谱分析和颗粒粒度分析结果表明:1号机磨损性元素的铁、铜、铅的含量在台架磨合试验结束时仍处于上升趋势,经45min仍未达到良好的磨合结果;2、3号机分别在40min左右和30~35min各磨损性元素的含量处于平衡状态,已初步完成磨合过程。同时,颗粒计数仪的测量结果证明:利用润滑油颗粒计数技术可有效监测柴油机台架磨合过程,评价柴油机整机装配清洁度以及磨合状态。Using spectrometric analysis, ferrographic analysis and particle size analysis of oil mornitoring technology, the effect of engine assembly cleanness on the oil pollution leVel of CA6110Z-07Y diesel engine during running-in was investigated. The spectrometric analysis and particle size analysis results show that the content of Fe, Cu, Pb and Al in No. 1 diesel engine still remains in increase tendency at the end of running-in and the engine has not reached the good running-in status after 45 min running-in operation. The content of Fe, Cu, Pb and AI in No. 2 and No. 3 diesel engine remains unchanged respectively after 40 rain and 30-35 rain running-in operation, which shows that the engine has accomplished the running-in process. Meanwhile, the investigation results show that the effect of the diesel engine assembly cleanness on the running-in process can be monitored and evaluated using particle size analysis.
