电熨联合治糜灵泡腾片治疗宫颈重度糜烂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电熨联合治糜灵泡腾片治疗宫颈重度糜烂的效果。方法选择122例宫颈重度糜烂患者,随机分为两组:60例采用电熨联合治糜灵泡腾片治疗为治疗组,62例单纯采用电熨治疗为对照组,对两组疗效进行比较。结果治疗组电熨术后2个月、3个月治愈率分别为83.33%、91.67%,对照组为62.9%、74.19%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论电熨联合治糜灵泡腾片是治疗宫颈重度糜烂的较理想方法。Objective To investigate the effect of eleetroeoagulation and Zhimiling tablets efferveseents on severe cervical erosion. Methods 122 patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups, including Group A and Group B. Group A （ 60 patients ） was treated with electrocoagulation and Zhimiling tablets efferveseents, whereas Group B （c62 patients） was treated with electrocoagulation only. Results The effective rates of Group A were 83.33% and 91.67% two months and three months after treatment. The effective rates of Group B were 62.9% and 74,19% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions It is effective to treat severe cervical erosion with electrocoagulation and Zhimiling tablets effervescents.
