118例过期妊娠结局与胎盘成熟度的关系

摘　　要：目的研究胎盘成熟度与过期妊娠结局的关系。方法将118例过期妊娠患者根据G ramum标准进行分级,结合孕期B超围产儿监测及新生儿Apga评分。观察过期妊娠患者胎盘成熟度与其妊娠结局的关系。结果胎盘成熟度分级与过期妊娠不良结局发生率无显著差异。结论过期胎盘成熟度与其妊娠结局无明确因果关系,不能作为预测过期妊娠结局的独立指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between maturity of placenta and the outcome of prolonged pregnancy. Methods 118 patients were retrospectively analyzed to reveal the relationship between maturity of placenta and the outcome of prolonged pregnancy. Results There were no significant difference between the maturity of placenta and the outcome of prolonged pregnancy. Conclusions There were no causality between the maturity of placenta and the outcome prolonged pregnancy, so the maturity of placenta can not be used as an independent index to predict the outcome of prolonged pregnancy.
