摘 要:以超声波对城市污水处理厂剩余污泥进行超声破解。试验结果表明,超声破解能提高污泥的溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、总挥发性固体(VS)去除率、生物产气量、产气率和甲烷含量,促进两相厌氧消化产气性能。声能密度和破解时间是影响污泥破解效应的主要因素,超声频率是影响污泥破解效应的次要因素。A study was done on ultrasonic disintegration of excess sludge from a sewage treatment plant.The results indicated that soluble chemical oxygen demand was significantly increased,the removal rate of volatile solid,net bio-gas production and the rate of bio-gas production were also increased,and moreover the content of methane was increased,thus bio-gas yield performance was improved.The main factors affecting ultrasonic disintegration were sound energy density and disintegration time,and the secondary factor was ultrasound frequency.
