摘 要:从印染污水排放口污泥中筛选出3株具有高絮凝率和降解能力的菌株,将3株菌株进行复合,得到复合菌群JFFH-124。实验表明:复合菌群JFFH-124的絮凝能力和降解COD能力都比单菌株强。经过JFFH-124的絮凝和降解处理,印染废水的色度从150降低到23,脱色率达84.5%;COD从530 mg/L降低到96 mg/L,去除率达81.9%。Three strains of bacterium with high flocculating rate and degradating rate were isolated from the sludge of printing and dyeing wastewater's outfall.And then the 3 strains were compounded,which was called JFFH-124.The experiments showed that JFFH-124 had higher flocculating rate and COD degradating rate.The chroma of printing & dyeing wastewater was reduced from 150 to 23,the removal rate of chroma was 84.5%,and the wastewater's COD was reduced from 530 mg/L to 96 mg/L,the removal rate of COD was 81.9%,after flocculation and degradation of the wastewater with JFFH-124.
