摘 要:利用海南野败质型、红莲质型、日本BT质型、滇型、田东野稻质型、隆安野稻质型、Disi质型、冈比亚卡质型、印尼水田谷质型、矮秆野败质型、K型和马协不育系等12种不同细胞质来源的雄性不育系,同18个常规品种杂交,并经连续回交选育,于B7F1选育出了粳选2号和粳选6号细胞核和不同细胞质相结合的同核异质雄性不育系稳定系统24个。研究结果表明,粳选2号和粳选6号同核异质雄性不育系中典败花粉型、圆败花粉型和染败花粉型细胞质不育因子的表达,可能分别受核内相对应基因调控,属于多种核质基因对应性互作关系。Twelve cytoplasmic malesterile(CMS)lines with the cytoplasm belonging to Hainan wild rice abortion(WA) type, Honglien type, BT type, DianYi type, TianDong wild rice type, NongAn wild rice type, Dissi type, Gambiaka type ,Indonesia rice type, dwarf WA type, K type and MaXie CMS lines were crossed to 18 rice varieties. After continuously selecting and backcrossing, two sets of homokaryoticheteroplasmic CMS lines named Japonica rice No.2 and Japonica rice No.6 were developed in B7F1. Experiment results showed that the expression of the cytoplasmic malesterile factors for the typical abortion type, spherical abortion type and stained abortion type in these homokaryoticheteroplasmic lines were controlled by the corresponding nuclear genes. The model of multiple nucleocytoplasmic gene corresponding interaction is applicable to these lines.
