环渤海地区农业水资源供需矛盾与对策

摘　　要：近年来,环渤海地区农业水资源总量少,污染严重,地下水开采过度,城镇用水挤占农业用水,水的供需矛盾越来越尖锐,水资源成为制约农业可持续发展的主要因素。针对该区具体的水资源状况,建议采取开源、节流、治污等方面的对策。Since 1978, Economy of areas surrounded the Bo Sea develop rapidly. The agriculture holds the important Economical, social, ecology status in this area. In recent years, Agriculture water resources of this area have a series of problems. Total quantity is few. The water pollution is serious. Mining of the ground water is excessively. Water using in cities occupied the agricultural ,water and so on. Water supply and demand contradictory is more and more incisive. The water resources became the primary restriction in agriculture sustainable development. According to water resources condition in this area, I proposed some measures from opening the source, the throttle, and anti-pollution.
