逍遥散对乳腺增生病大鼠乳腺组织和雌孕激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察经方逍遥散对乳腺增生病大鼠的乳腺组织病理结构及雌孕激素的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇先肌肉注射25d,再用黄体酮肌肉注射5d,建立乳腺增生病大鼠模型,然后分别用三苯氧胺和逍遥散治疗,给药同时继续肌注雌二醇30d。结果:逍遥散和三苯氧胺可改善乳腺增生病大鼠乳腺的组织形态学结构,缩小乳头大小和乳腺体积,减少乳腺小叶腺泡数、腺泡腔、分泌物,并可使血清孕酮(P)水平降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:逍遥散可能通过调节乳腺增生大鼠的性激素水平,改善增生乳腺的形态学变化而有效地对抗雌激素引起的大鼠乳腺增生。Objective：To observe the effects of xiaoyao powder on estrogen, progesterone and pathological change of mammary tissue in hyperplasia of mammary gland mice. Methods：The hyperplasia of mammary gland model was established by estradiol benzoate and progesterone intramuscular injection for 25 days and 5 days orderly. Then the model was given tamoxifen and xiaoyao powder respectively for treatment.At the same time, the estradiol was injected for 30 days. Results：xiaoyao powder and tamoxifen both could used for improving the tectological structure, shortening the papilla and lobule of mammary gland size, diminishing alveoli, acinar lumina and secretion, reducing the level of Progesterone in hyperplasia mammary gland mice （P〈0.05＆P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The mechanism of xiaoyao powder in improving tectological structure of hyperplasia mammary gland to against the hyperplasia may based on the regulating of hormone in hyperplasia of mammary gland mice.
