摘  要:采用大体解剖学、组织化学和形态计量学的方法研究了0~3月龄非洲鸵鸟十二指肠的发育过程。观察了十二指肠的相对质量(相对于体质量),绒毛的高度、宽度、肌层厚度、肠腺隐窝的深度、肠腺的密度、绒毛杯状细胞、肠腺杯状细胞的数量变化。观察到十二指肠的相对质量在90日龄达到高峰;肠绒毛的高度、肌层厚度、肠腺隐窝的深度、肠腺的密度与日龄呈正相关;肠绒毛和肠腺的宽度在90日龄时达到峰值;绒毛杯状细胞、肠腺杯状细胞的数量从初生至45日龄随日龄增加而增加,45日龄至90日龄随日龄增加而减少,在45日龄达顶峰。结果表明,0~3月龄十二指肠的发育不完善,必须重视此阶段的饲养管理。The duodenum of African ostrich (0- 3 month-old ) was observed using the gross anatomy, histochemistry method and analysis of morphometry. The duodenum villi's height, width, thickness of the muscle,intestinal glands recess depth, intestinal gland width, density of the intestinal gland and the number of goblet cells in the intestinal villi and intestinal gland were measured using Excel2000 software. The results show that : (1) The relative weight (to body weight)of the duodenum peaked at 90 days of age and then tended to decline. (2)The duodenum villi's height, thickness of the muscle, the depth of intestinal glands recess, intestinal gland width, density of the intestinal gland were positive correlated with the day age. (3)The width of the intestinal villi and intestinal gland appeared to peak in 90 days of age. (4) The number of goblet cells in the intestinal villi and intestinal gland increased rapidly in the postnatal 45 days,decreased rapidly with age between 45 and 90 days,peaked in the postnatal 45 th day. These results indicated that the duodenum of african ostrich was undeveloped between 0 and 90 days, we must think highly of artificial culture of African ostrich chicks.
