摘　　要：以固体超强酸为催化剂，由聚乙二醇与油酸进行酯化，合成亲油性较强的聚乙二醇油酸双酯，并对反应温度、投料比、催化剂等参数进行探讨．得出最终合成工艺参数为：反应温度210～220℃，反应物醇酸摩尔比1：2．0，催化剂质量分数1％，反应时间8h．Polyethylene glycol and oleate are esterified with solid superacid as a catalyst to produce polyoxyethylene oleate di-esters with good lipophilic. The effects of reaction temperature, charge ratio and catalyst are discussed. The process conditions are optimized as follow： catalyst mass fraction 1%, reaction temperature 210 - 220 ℃, molar ratio of polyethylene glycol and fatty acid 1 ： 2.0 and reaction time 8 h.
