摘　　要：【目的】观察川芎嗪静脉滴注治疗儿童寒性哮喘(轻、中度发作期)的临床疗效及作用机理。【方法】将70例哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用盐酸川芎嗪静脉滴注,同时设立正常组(30例)以检测比较血清学指标干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)。主要观察两组总体疗效、主要症状学指标及治疗前后IFN-γ、IL-4的变化。【结果】治疗组在总体疗效及症状学指标缓解等方面均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。哮喘患儿与正常组比较,IFN-γ水平降低,IL-4水平升高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IFN-γ升高、IL-4降低,与对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。【结论】川芎嗪对小儿哮喘急性发作期的疗效明显,并能降低IL-4,升高IFN-γ,具有免疫调节作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intravenous drip of Ligustrazine Injection （LI） for cold-type asthma in children and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Seventy asthma children at the stage of acute attack were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The two groups received routine western medicine and the treatment group received intravenous drip of LI additionally. The serum levels of interferon 7 （IFN-γ） and interleukin-4 （IL-4） were observed, and the total therapeutic effect as well as the effect on main symptoms was evaluated. Results The total effective rate and the effect on the main symptoms in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Serum IFN-γ level was decreased and IL-4 level was increased in asthma children as compared with those in the normal group （P 〈0. 05） ; after treatment by intravenous drip of LI, IFN-γ level was increased and IL-4 level in the treatment group was decreased, the difference was significant as compared with those in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Intravenous drip of LI has an obvious effect on children asthma at the stage of acute attack, and has immuno-regulatory function by decreasing IL-4 level and increasing IFN-γ level.
