摘　　要：工程上选择和使用楼宇自动化系统(BAS)中的偏颇问题,一般有多种原因,有设计和使用不确定的因素,也有管理方面要求不合适的地方。为了让用户在各个阶段都有据可依,选择恰当、使用合理,构成一个实用的BAS很有必要。There are generally various reasons for improper selection and application of Building Automation System （BAS） in engineering, such as uncertain factors in design and application, and improper requirements in administration. In order to make the users have enough basis, appropriate selection and reasonable operation in different phases, it is necessary to construct a practical BAS.
