摘　　要：介绍接地与等电位联结的基本概念;分析其异同;指出"等电位联结"是一种比"接地"更为广泛和本质的概念。This paper first gives a brief introduction to basic concepts of earthing and equipotential bonding, then makes an analysis of the similarities and differences between them, finally points out that equipotential connection is a concept more extensive and more essential than earthing.
