摘  要:将仿真技术应用于火电厂锅炉钢架的安装过程,对锅炉钢架零部件建立模型,然后进入Solidworks软件的装配体界面完成钢架的装配。用Solidworks自带的Animator插件来实现锅炉钢架安装过程的三维动态仿真,Solidworks虚拟锅炉钢架的过程和施工场景增强了电建施工人员对锅炉钢架整个施工过程的感性认识,提升了人员的培训效果,同时为管理者合理安排施工提供了决策依据。Dynamic simulation technique is applied on installation process of boiler steel structure in thermal power plant. The model of boiler steel structure parts is established and the steel structure is completed under the installation interface of Solidworks. The three-dimensional dynamic simulation is realized by Animator plug-in components build in Solidworks. The installation process and environment are simulated by Solidworks, which could increase the perceptual knowledge of power construction staff on the entire steel structure construction, improve the training effect and provide the basis of decision-making for the reasonable agreement by the manager at the same time.
