摘  要:针对叙利亚麦哈德电厂机组燃油、检验对象露天布置、环境温度高以及检测材料特性与国内不一致等实际情况,依据美国机械工程师学会等国际规范,对2号机组有针对性地制定了液体渗透检验工艺。对汽包环纵缝、汽包以及联箱的接管角焊缝、管道背弧、机侧阀门等进行检验,发现了汽包环缝、集中下降管、上水管、调速汽门、主汽门及多个阀门部件的裂纹缺陷,消除了设备的安全隐患。In view of the situations in Mehardeh Power Station, such as burning oil, inspection objects located outdoor, high environmental temperature and dissimilarity in inspection material properties compared with local materials, the liquid penetration inspection procedure for No. 2 Unit is improved according to ASME and corresponding Codes. Longitudinal and circumferential welds of drum, header fillet welds, pipe elbows and valves in turbine side are inspected. Defects including cracks were found in drum circumferential welds ,water feeding pipes, governing valve ,main stop valves etc. Potential safety defects are eliminated.
