节能发电调度下电网运行存在的问题及建议

摘　　要：针对即将实行的节能发电调度办法,分析其与现行发电调度的异同,以及可能带来的一系列新问题。围绕节能调度政策下火电机组排序、供热机组建设、风电的影响和控制、小机组发电以及相关配套政策等问题,提出切实可行的建议,以保证节能调度的顺利实施。Aiming at the energy-saving power-generation dispatching to be practised, this paper analysis its difference from the current method and the possible arising problem. We also make feasible suggestions in the order of thermal power generating units, the heat power generating units＇ building, the wind electricity industrial development ,the power generation of small thermal power generating units and the supporting policy ＆ rule for the energy-saving power generation dispatching after studying the problem of Northeast Grid energy-saving power generation dispatching, which made preparations for its putting into practise.
