摘  要:氨汽提法尿素厂的汽提塔列管腐蚀减薄一般比较严重。根据多年检测经验分析总结钛管的腐蚀减薄规律及特点,首次提出设备调头后的列管继续减薄问题及规律,对各厂的汽提塔安全运行具有指导意义。Generally, corrosive thinning out of the stripper tubes is severe in urea plants with ammonia stripping process. Based on years of inspection experiences, the authors analyze and summarize the regime and characteristics of Ti tube corrosive thinning out. It is for the first time that the problems and regime of the tubes continuing to be corroded and tinned out after end to end shift of the stripper, which has an important sense of guiding safe operation of urea plant strippers.
