摘　　要：从安全风险和运行管理角度,阐述加强管理、确保低温液氨储罐安全运行与维护的具体措施。From the points of view of safety risks and operating management, demonstrates specific measures to strengthen management to ensure safe operation and maintenance of low temperature liquor ammonia tank. Though the tank has big volume and the operating conditions are harsh, with latent harmfulness to the environment and human beings, it can operate safe and stable, so long as there are relative safety measures and operating procedures are strictly abided by.
