摘  要:目的:优选金果榄的最佳提取工艺。方法:以盐酸药根碱与盐酸巴马汀含量和浸膏率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,采用正交试验考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间、回流次数对提取效果的影响。结果:金果榄的最佳提取工艺为6倍量的95%乙醇回流3次,每次0.5h。结论:该提取工艺设计合理,结果可靠,为提取金果榄提供理论基础。OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions of the extraction technique for Radix Tinosporae. METHODS HPLC was used to analyze the content of atrorrhizine hydrochloride and Palmation hydrochloride,and the orthogonal experimental de sign was introduced to optimize the conditions of the extraction technology. The experiment, in which ethanol concentration, a mount of cthanol, reflux timeand times of extraction four factors were involved, was carried out by orthogonal design. RESULTS The conditions of the ethanol extraction technology of extracting the constituents from Radix Tinosporae were 95% ethanol, 6 fold solvent,0. 5 hour of reflux and 3 times of extraction. CONCLUSION The process is reasonable and reliable, it provides us theoretical base for the study of Radix Tinosporae.
