摘　　要：主要以焊管企业生产流程为研究对象,利用EM-Plant仿真软件进行焊管生产过程的建模与分析,识别生产过程的瓶颈,讨论作业计划的安排对生产过程的影响,以期通过调整参数达到优化生产的目的。Taking the welding pipe production as the study object, the paper models and analyzes the welding pipe production process with EM-Plant to identify the bottleneck of the production process and discusses the affect of operation plan in production process in order to optimize the production process by adjusting the parameters.
