活血化瘀中药对糖尿病大鼠肾组织晚期糖基化终产物影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀中药对糖尿病大鼠晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)的影响,探讨中药防治糖尿病慢性并发症的作用机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)糖尿病大鼠模型,给予活血化瘀中药治疗,疗程6周,观察中药对糖尿病大鼠肾组织AGEs的影响。结果:与正常对照组比较,糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs显著增高,活血化瘀中药能降低糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs。结论:活血化瘀药可抑制糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs沉积,延缓糖尿病慢性并发症的进一步发展。Objective： To investigate the effects of aetivating-blood-and-resolving-stasis Chinese medicine on advanced glycation end products （AGEs） in kidneys of diabetic rats. Methods： The model rats with diabetes were induced by streptozoeina （STZ） . The diabetic rats were treated with actlvating-blood-and-resolving-stasis Chinese medicine for six weeks. The AGEs in kidneys of diabetic rats were investigated. Results： Compared with the normal group, the AGEs in cortex of kidneys of diabetic rats increased greatly. AGEs decreased after the treatment with aetivating-blood-and-resolving-stasis Chinese medicine. Conclusion： Activafing-blood-and-resolving-stasis Chinese medicine may delay the development of diabetic complications through inhibiting AGEs in kidneys of diabetic rats.
