摘　　要：深圳特区是一个新兴的移民城市,移民文化为特区的思想道德建设和市场经济伦理的建构提供了重要资源;在移民文化背景下,在市场经济体制日益完善的基础上,深圳特区市场经济伦理的建设依据主体性原则、开放性原则、公平原则、诚信原则和新集体主义原则,形成了全球化与本土化相结合、主导性与多样性相结合、先进性与广泛性相结合的特点。Shenzhen Special Economic Zone is a new immigrant city. Immigrant culture constitutes a significant resource of its ideological and moral education and market economy ethics construction. In the context of immigrant culture where market economy keeps improving, the ethical construction in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone is characterized by its combination of localization and globalization, of dominance and diversity, and of progressiveness and broad representation, according to principles of subjectivity, openness, fairness, integrity, and neo-collectivism.
