摘　　要：未成年人监护制度是未成年人法律保护在制度设计上的主要安排和直接载体,是未成年人保护的基础性核心制度。本文以北京地区为视角,对我国未成年人监护制度的缺失和不足进行了简要的分析,并对制度上的健全和完善略作探讨。Minor custody is at the core of minor protection. A proper and reasonable minor custody system is essential for the protection of minors＇ rights and interests as well as for their healthy growth. From the perspective of Beijing, this paper briefly analyzes the deficiencies in the minor custody system of China, and discusses about the possible resolutions of improvement.
