摘 要:采用室内模拟堆肥的方法,研究了3组不同的微生物复合菌剂对甘蔗滤泥腐解效果的影响。结果表明,HM发酵基、SQ复合菌和有机废弃物快腐微生物菌剂能加速甘蔗滤泥的腐熟和提高甘蔗滤泥中木质素、纤维素和半纤维素的降解率。堆肥25d后,经HM发酵基、SQ复合菌和有机废弃物快腐微生物菌剂处理的滤泥的T值降到了0.6,木质素的降解率分别比不接种微生物菌剂的对照处理提高了45.46%、39.95%、64.77%,纤维素的降解率分别提高了35.58%、36.34%、36.59%,半纤维素的降解率分别提高了27.87%、28.98%、30.78%。Three difference combined microbial agents were selected for better fermentation of bagasse aludge in composting. The results showed that the effects of HM microbial agent, SQ microbial agent and rapid-decompose microbial agent of organic matter were better than the control treatment. Their original ratio of C/N to the ending ratio of C/N decreased to 0.6 after 25 days. Compared with control treatment, the decreasing rate of lignin during the composting were increased by 45.46%, 39.95% and 64.77%, respectively. The decreasing rates of cellulose during the composting were increased by 35.58%, 36.34% and 36.59%, respectively. The decreasing rates of semi-cellulose during the composting were increased by 27.87%, 28.98% and 30.78%, respectively.
