摘　　要：利用灌区下垫面分类明显的特点，用加权平均法解决下垫面对流域蒸散发的影响；建立器测值与流域蒸散发要素之间的定量关系，并利用器测值容易确定的优点解决了常用产流模型中参数选定难的问题，使灌区流域产流计算更加精确、简单。Weighted average method is used to study the soil cover′s effect on the evapotranspiration in irrigated watershed.The quantitative relationship between the watershed evapotranspiration and measurement data is established,which can be used in the calculation of the irrigated watershed evapotranspiration and runoff.
