摘　　要：本文首先介绍了多元正态分布函数近似计算的方法，并应用该法以苏８９—２的高世代品系为材料，对纯系育种中多个性状综合选择时所需群体的规模作了探讨。Re-selection was made in advanced generation of soybean strain Su89-2. The use of method of approximate calculation of multiple normal distribution in soybean pure line selection was firstly introduced in the paper. The number of plants (basic population size) needed in multiple character selection for different demands were estimated by the new method.
