摘　　要：饮食文化对旅游业发展有着不可忽视的促进功能,饮食文化旅游资源的开发已越来越被旅游业所重视。宜宾饮食文化源远流长,具有浓郁的地方特色,但对宜宾饮食文化资源的旅游开发尚处于起步阶段。在分析宜宾饮食文化资源旅游开发现状的基础上,就如何把宜宾饮食文化资源的开发与旅游业的发展相结合,做大做强宜宾旅游美食文化产业提出了一些开发对策和建议。The developing of catering culture resources became ever more prominent in tourism due to its ignored stimulus to tourism development. The catering culture in Yibin had a long history and rich local characteristics. However,the development of catering culture tourism resources in Yibin was still in the early stage. Based on the analysis of current situation of the development of catering culture tourism resources in Yibin, the authors put forward some measures and suggestions on expanding and prospering catering culture tourism in Yibin by integrating the developing of catering culture resources and tourism in Yibin.
