摘 要:将AMMI模型应用于家蚕品种稳定性评价研究,得到如下结果:AMMI分析与传统法比较结果表明,AMMI分析与生态价(ecovalue)方法、稳定性方差法和平均等级差法在评价品种稳定性差异方面的结果有较好的一致性;5个参试品种万头收茧量稳定性最好的品种A,其品质性状解舒率的稳定性却最差,万头收茧量稳定性排序结果与解舒率稳定性排序结果的Spearman等级相关系数为-0.70,这表明在稳定性指标上家蚕产量稳定性与品质性状稳定性可能为负相关关系。In this paper, the Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction(AMMI) model has been firstly used to investigate genotype environment interaction in silkworm and to evaluate stability of varieties to be tested in the national silkworm yield trial in spring, 1994. The new parameter based on the AMMI model has been used to evaluate the stability of varieties to be tested in silkworm yield trial, and compared with the parameters of linear regression analysis, ecovalue, stability variance and mean rank difference. The results indicated that estimates of new parameter were concordant with that of previous stability parameters. The results from which stability of yield of ten thousand cocoons had been compared with that of unwinding ratio indicated that the relevant Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was -0.70, which showed that the relationship between stability of yield of ten thousand cocoons and stability of unwinding ratio appeared negative in silkworm.
